You should place your server.cfg file outside of the arma root dir because hackers can access the root directory. Also the file name should be something unique and something that no hacker can guess. I have ordered with Modcloth a few times and when it goes smoothly all is well but when it goes wrong unfortunately they are no help. I ordered a dress and as I live overseas it took around 2 weeks to arrive. It's ridiculous in this day and age not to have help available 7 days a week but as Modcloth are only available on business days I had to wait an entire weekend before I could contact them during which the dress I had purchased sold out. I let 2 different Modcloth assistants know of the issue and despite me providing them with a photo of the other person's order their response was to simply refund me. I asked them if they would like the other person's order back so the customer would receive their item and there was no response. I am amazed that staff have so little care over company stock. Given the dress I ordered was over $100 I would of thought rather than refund me it would of been sensible to try track down the whereabouts of my item which had most likely been sent to the person whose order I had. I was also incredibly annoyed because I missed out on an item because of the delay contacting Modcloth since they were unavailable. I won't be ordering from Modcloth anymore unless it's an exclusive item to Modcloth because other websites seem more reliable with actually getting the proper orders out to me and I don't want to miss out on an item due to post or stock blunders.

I ordered from ModCloth the first time and they shipped the WRONG shoe SIZE. Upon receiving the order, I immediately contacted customer service regarding this issue.

I received a response stating that my size was STILL IN STOCK and that they've shipped me the correct size. The following day, I received another email from Rachel, the customer care representative, stating that they again, made a mistake, and that my size was NOT available. Had ModCloth actually shipped the CORRECT SIZE initially, maybe it would not have run out of stock. To state that they still had my size and then retract that a day later added to the frustration.The customer care rep stated that she can offer a 20% discount. I had a 15% off code as a new customer. That was not enough to quell my frustrations with them for their mistake. Additionally, they currently have a 30% dresses and sale items, but can't give me a 30% off due to their mistake.

It's still cute and I get compliments on it, but it would've been so much better if it was the color I originally sought out for. The fact that this particular product was misleading makes me hesitant to buy anything else.

I had to do all of the legwork with my bank to dispute the charge and will NOT be shopping with them in the future.There are a lot of great stores out there with GOOD customer service!

I've seen ads for Modcloth for a long time. They definitely have very unique and cute clothing. I ordered a wallet and a bathrobe, which I was really excited to get. I paid about $8 for shipping and then waited almost two weeks to receive my package. The items that arrived were a laughably low quality.

The bathrobe was a cheap material, which came with loose stitching in several areas. The wallet was also made of a cheap material, came with dirt spots that stained the inside of the wallet, and loose threading in multiple areas. Both of these items are the exact quality I would expect from Walmart, but unfortunately, cost me about four times more money than Walmart items would have. I will not be buying from Modcloth again and would not recommend it to anybody. There are better, much more high quality online and brick and mortar stores out there.

Modcloth's business model is unorganized and ridiculous. My order sat in 'processing' for an unusually long amount of time, so I decided to call and see what was up. Apparently my box had been pushed off to the side unlabeled and totally unaccounted for, and it took me CALLING to push things along. By the time I called, they apologized and said it was 'unlike them' to lose an order like this, but tried to get together what they could after their negligence. By the time they finished locating my order, half of the items they had charged me for were no longer available.

My settings are already on Canada and every time I tried to redo my Canada settings the same page popped up telling me to change my settings. I gave up after six tries. I emailed ModCloth telling them of my issues.

I heard nothing over four days. I then emailed them asking if they would honour the sales price because my settings were allowing me to order from Canada again.

I have purchased items since 2016 and was pleased then that the plus size shirts/tops were cotton blends and not the cheap polyester blends you see online and in stores. Went back to order same styles of tops I ordered previously and this time I received similar facsimiles made of - you guessed it- some polyester blend, 'Viscose' + Spandex. I will be returning what I can and need to find another outlet.
